Professional WordPress Website Designer – Comic-Style Branding for Renewable Energy Company (Heat Pumps & Solar PV)

Hello,
We are DWB Energie GmbH, a German company specializing in the sale, planning, and professional installation of heat pumps and photovoltaic systems for private customers.
We already have a very strong, unique visual identity: our logo and corporate design are in a clean, friendly, yet professional comic/illustration style (see attached logo).
We want our new website to be 100 % consistent with this style – it should feel like one big, high-quality comic brand story while remaining serious, trustworthy, and conversion-oriented.
What we need:

Complete custom WordPress theme design (we prefer Elementor Pro or Oxygen Builder, but we are open to your recommendation)
Full responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile)
Use of our existing logo and brand colors exactly (files will be provided in vector)
The three comic characters from our logo must appear as illustrated brand ambassadors on the website (hero, service pages, etc.)
Clean, modern layout with subtle comic elements (panels, speech bubbles, outlines, energetic accents) – professional comic style, not childish (think Mailchimp illustrations meets technical competence)

(German language, but we provide all texts)

Required skills:

Strong UI/UX + WordPress design portfolio
Experience in creating custom illustrated/character-based branding websites
Very good feeling for professional yet playful design (important: renewable energy customers want trust + sympathy)
Clean, fast-loading code
Elementor Pro / Oxygen / Gutenberg expertise (we already have the license)
Fluent English or German

What you will deliver:

Full clickable Figma (or Adobe XD) prototype first
After approval: complete WordPress theme (installed and tested on our hosting)
