Professional Portfolio Site Development

I want a clean-coded, responsive personal website that instantly communicates who I am and why I’m worth hiring. The site’s main job is to highlight my résumé and career story, so every screen—from desktop to mobile—needs to put that content front and centre without distractions.

Content & structure
• “About Me” section with a concise bio and a high-resolution headshot
• “Work Experience” timeline that can expand for detail or collapse for quick scanning

Visual style
Think professional and corporate rather than playful; muted colour palette, confident typography, generous white space and subtle micro-interactions that feel polished without being flashy.

Core requirements
• Custom design (no off-the-shelf theme re-skins) implemented with best-practice HTML5, CSS3 and modern JavaScript.
• Fully responsive layout tested on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, plus iOS and Android browsers.
• Lightweight animation for section transitions and hover states—nothing that slows load times.
• Easy-to-update source: clear file structure, commented code and a one-page guide so I can add roles or achievements later.
• Deployed to my own hosting (I’ll provide credentials) with SSL configured.

Acceptance criteria
1. Pages pass Lighthouse performance score of 90+ on both mobile and desktop.
2. W3C validation shows zero critical errors.
3. Final delivery includes all design assets (Figma/Sketch or equivalent), minified and unminified code, and a short README covering setup and content edits.
