Professional One Page "Under Construction" Webpage

Project: One-Page “Under Construction” Website (Professional / Minimal)

I currently have an existing website (http://www.aepd.com.au) which I plan to temporarily take offline while I plan a full rebuild.

In the interim, I want to replace it with a clean, professional one-page “Under Construction” site.

Requirements:
- Simple, modern, premium design (not generic or template-looking)
- My logo prominently displayed
- Short message (e.g. “Website under redevelopment” – I will provide wording)
- Contact section including:
- Contact form (name, email, message)
- Email and/or phone display
- Mobile responsive
- Fast loading
- Basic SEO setup (page title, meta description)

Technical:
- Ideally built simple static HTML page (no ongoing updates required)
- Must be easy for me to update later if needed
- Hosted on my existing domain/hosting
- Use WPForms Lite for the contact form.
- Enable Google reCAPTCHA v3 (invisible).
- Also enable honeypot anti-spam.
- Keep the form minimal: Name, Email, Message only.
- No visible CAPTCHA checkbox on the page.

Nice to have:
- Subtle animation or clean visual element (optional, not overdone)

Goal:
The page should feel professional and credible (property development business), not like a placeholder or broken site.
