Premium WP Landing Page + website

I need a premium WordPress landing page for a London-based private society/community for ambitious men and women.
The site should be light, clean, modern, premium, mobile-responsive, and easy to edit from the WordPress admin panel. Full brief and reference design are attached.

Important details:
Main CTA should be “Become a Member”
All text, images, videos, buttons, prices, links, forms, sections, and backgrounds must be editable from admin
Section backgrounds should support light, dark, image, video, gradient, or custom color where possible
Stripe must use GBP
Calendly link should be editable
Admin should receive application submissions
No fake stats or fake testimonials
Fully responsive on desktop, tablet, and mobile
Basic SEO, speed optimization, and testing required
Use premium royalty-free images/videos where needed
There is some room for discussion on exact plugins, layout details, animations, and minor design/content changes, but the main structure and flow should follow the attached brief.
