Premium Agency Website Creation and Development

My digital agency is launching its website and I need a website designer + developer to build it. The website should feel clean, professional and premium for every device.

Core scope
• Build with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or Next.js if you prefer).
• Website must feel premium, confident and not generic (like others).
• Responsive design: desktop, tablet, and phone.

Look and feel
Premium, editorial, and confident—the kind of website that feels like a fashion brand built it, not a marketing agency. Warm palette with deep blacks bleeding into amber gradients, balanced against clean cream sections. Bold typography that fights for attention. Generous whitespace. Subtle film texture and grain for warmth. A site that feels expensive without trying to look expensive.

Vibe
Loud where it needs to be, quiet where it counts. Attitude over desperation. Every interaction—hover, scroll, transition—should feel intentional and slightly slower than expected. The site should make a founder pause, screenshot something, and remember it the next day.

Site must support
• Smooth scroll and motion design throughout
• Subtle entrance animations and hover interactions
• Fast load time (PageSpeed 90+ on mobile)
• Basic SEO setup—meta tags, sitemap, page title, Open Graph
