Postal Information Portal – Website Design (Figma Prototype)

We are building a modern, user-friendly web portal similar to postalpincode.in, but with an enterprise-level design, smooth UX, and scalable structure.

The website will allow users to:

1. Search post office details by location (State → District → PIN Code)
2. Search by PIN Code
3. Search by Post Office Name
4. Browse Indian Postal Stamps (filter by year)
5. View API documentation (for developers)
6. Access supporting pages (About, Help, Contact)

We already have the backend database schema and API endpoints. Now we need a full UI/UX prototype in Figma before development.

Deliverables

Complete Figma Design (Wireframes + High-Fidelity Mockups, Interactive Prototype for core flows, Style Guide (colors, typography, buttons, forms))
Responsive Design (Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile versions)
Content Placement (Sections for text, dropdowns, search boxes, results tables, pagination, etc.)
Handover Package (Exportable assets (icons, SVGs, images), Figma file with organized layers/components)

Home Page (Search by Location (State → District → PIN Code), Quick access cards for “Search by PIN Code”, “Search by Post Office Name”, “Postal Stamps”, Statistics (e.g., total states, districts, post offices, stamps))

Search by Location (Dropdowns for State, District, PIN, Results table (Branch Name, PIN Code, Type, Delivery Status, Details button), Pagination)

Search by PIN Code (Input field for 6-digit PIN, Results table (Post Office list for that PIN), District/State shown above results)

Search by Post Office Name (Input field for branch name, Search results (autocomplete suggestions, results table))

Indian Postal Stamps (Dropdown filter by year, Grid/gallery of stamps (thumbnail + title), Click → Stamp details page (large image, issue date, description))

Clean, modern minimalistic design
Indian government-inspired color palette (Deep Blue, White, Saffron/Orange accent)
Typography: Readable sans-serif (e.g., Inter, Poppins)

Icons (SVG, preferably line icons like Remixicon/Feather)
