Portfolio Website Design

I am looking for an experienced web designer to create a personal website dedicated to my portfolio as a writer and content creator. My goal is both to showcase who I am (and my expertise) and collect my articles, as well as to offer my services: Communication strategy, Content creation, Social media, Support and training.
The website should contain:
- A clear landing page indicating who I am and what I offer
- A visually appealing gallery of my best articles, accompanied by images (and in rare cases, videos).
- A well-organised archive (with keyword search option) of articles written over the last 15 years
- A gallery for the video interviews I have done (enbedded links to YouTube or Vimeo)
- Space for a potential blog
- Intuitive navigation.
- Responsive design for mobile devices.
- Integration of social media links.
- Contact form

I already have a domain in Wordpress. I need someone to create the basis with an appealing aesthetic. I will provide the texts and can add the articles once the structure has been created.
I will, of course, continue to update it. I have some knowledge of web designing, but at the moment I don't have the time to work on it myself.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in using web design tools for Wordpress, with the ability to adapt the theme to my specific needs
- Solid portfolio in creating similar websites.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with video embedding and image optimisation.
- Experience with creating a searchable database of articles.
