Looking for a Developer to Build a Simple Portfolio Landing Page

I need a clean and modern portfolio landing page to showcase my profile, skills, projects, and contact details. The page should be minimal, fast-loading, and fully responsive on both mobile and desktop.

Requirements

Plain HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript only

Modern layout with hero section, skills, 4–6 projects, and a contact form

Smooth scroll and light animations (optional but preferred)

No backend — form can post to a placeholder endpoint

Code must be well-commented and easy to customize later

Deliverables

index.html, CSS, JS, and optimized assets

Clean folder structure (/assets/images, /assets/css, /assets/js)

Page must run locally by simply opening the HTML file — no server required

Style Preference

Minimal and professional

Strong typography and balanced spacing

Light or dark theme — whichever looks visually better

Deadline
