Portfolio Homepage Redesign NB: BUDGET IS $20, APPLYING MEANS YOU AGREE TO $20

I need my current portfolio site’s home page rebuilt to match a reference image I will supply. The design in that image is the blueprint—font choices, spacing, colours, section order and every small detail should be reproduced so the live page looks identical on desktop and mobile.

What I expect you to handle
• Build the modern-style layout shown in the image, keeping the focus on my project showcase but also leaving room for a short About blurb and a quick contact touchpoint.
• Replace the existing home page code (HTML/CSS/JS or within my CMS theme—whichever is quicker) without breaking the rest of the site.
• Make sure the page is responsive and loads cleanly in all major browsers.
• Upload the finished files, test on my server and leave me with any source files so I can tweak later.

Because the total budget is fixed at $20, please scope your time carefully—one milestone for design/build and a small one for final tweaks is fine by me as long as we hit pixel-perfect accuracy. I’m ready to supply the reference image and current site access as soon as we start.
