Polished Outlook Signature Design

I need a clean, professional Outlook signature that drops perfectly into the desktop and web versions without losing spacing, fonts, or image quality. The signature must show my full name, job title, direct phone, email address, and our company address. I already have the company logo in PNG; please optimise it for fast loading and crisp rendering on both light and dark email themes.

I would like an HTML file (or other Outlook-ready format) plus a quick guide that shows me exactly where to paste the code so everything stays aligned. CSS should be inline and limited to styles Outlook actually supports—no linked images or externally hosted fonts.
