Plastering & Painting Website Build

I want to give my Gold Coast plastering and painting business a polished, modern-and-clean online home. The finished site will include five core pages:

• Home – sharp hero image, clear value statement, click-to-call phone number.
• Services – two distinct sections that spotlight Plastering and Painting, written for easy SEO tweaking.
• Portfolio – grid or masonry layout I can refresh myself to show off recent jobs.
• Contact Us – short form that feeds straight to my email plus a map pin.
• Location – an SEO-optimised page focused on “Gold Coast” searches, with embedded Google Maps directions.

Design direction: plenty of white space, minimal typography, colours that hint at fresh paint rather than compete with it. All pages must be mobile-responsive, fast-loading and easy for me to update afterward. I’m happy with WordPress, Webflow or a similarly intuitive CMS; just hand over full admin access, a zipped backup and a quick hand-off guide or screen-recording so I can add future projects without touching code.

Key features to tick off before sign-off: SSL in place, editable meta tags, image compression, contact-form spam protection and performance scores in the green. Once those are met and the site is live on my domain, the job’s done.
