Phone Number Selling Website Redesign

I want to launch a new site for selling virtual phone numbers that works just like https://www.smsz.net/, matching every feature yet feeling cleaner on first glance. Functionality should mirror the reference site end-to-end—user sign-up, searchable number catalogue, automated cart and checkout, balance top-up, reseller/API endpoints, ticketing and full admin dashboards.

Design direction
The overall look and feel should stay familiar so returning SMSZ users are comfortable, but I do want changes in the layout: remove visual clutter, clarify content hierarchy and place elements where they naturally guide the eye. Colour palette and typography can stay close to the original; the main shift is a tidier, less crowded interface.

Scope of work
• Produce high-fidelity mock-ups for my approval.
• Build a fully responsive front end (React, Vue, or vanilla HTML/CSS/JS—propose what you prefer).
• Develop the back-end logic that lets me import supplier feeds, compare stock in real time and automatically select the cheapest source for each order.
• Integrate payment gateways (Stripe plus one crypto option).
• Prepare for multilingual rollout (English now, more languages later).
• Ensure on-page SEO basics are in place and pages load in under two seconds on mobile.

Acceptance criteria
– Every workflow available on SMSZ.net is present and functional.
– Layout is visibly less cluttered while preserving usability.
– Code passes W3C validation and is fully tested.
– Site is deployed to my VPS and ready for public traffic by the deadline we agree.
