Personal Portfolio Website From Profile

I’d like to turn the information on my existing Freelancer profile (https://www.freelancer.in/hireme/vashudevr4) into a clean, standalone portfolio site that I can share directly with prospects. The site should mirror the key sections of the profile—services offered, skills, client feedback and a contact form—while adopting a fresh, responsive design that loads quickly on both desktop and mobile.

Here’s what I have in mind:

• Extract and reorganise the current copy and images into an intuitive single-page or light multi-page layout.
• Design a modern UI/UX with clear calls-to-action, consistent typography and colour palette.
• Develop the front-end (plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript or a lightweight framework you recommend) and deploy it to my domain.
• Optimise each section for basic SEO and fast performance (aiming for 90+ on Google PageSpeed).
• Set up a working contact form that forwards enquiries to my email with basic spam protection.

Deliverables
1. Design mock-ups (Figma, XD or similar).
2. Fully commented source code and assets.
3. Live site deployed to my hosting.
4. Brief hand-over guide so I can update text or images myself.

Acceptance criteria
• Visual consistency with the Freelancer profile.
• Responsive behaviour across common screen sizes.
• PageSpeed Insights ≥ 90 on both mobile and desktop.
• Successful contact form submission tested in at least two modern browsers.
