Personal Portfolio Website Build

I want a clean, responsive personal-portfolio site that immediately communicates my professional web-design skills. The site’s main focus is a showcase of my completed projects, presented with crisp visuals, concise case-study text, and smooth, distraction-free navigation.

I already have copy and initial mock-ups; what I need is someone who can transform them into a fast, accessible website, refine any UI/UX details along the way, and be sure it looks perfect on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Lightweight, semantic code is a must, and I’d like the build to be easy for me to update later without digging into complicated frameworks.
