Personal Landing Page HTML Design

I’m building a simple, one-screen landing page for a personal project and I’d like a clean, lightweight HTML/CSS design (vanilla JS only if truly necessary). I don’t need a full site or CMS—just a standalone page I can drop on my server and update easily later.

Because the exact conversion goal is still open, I’ll share a rough outline of the content and the call-to-action wording once we start; I’m happy to hear your ideas on layout, color palette, and any small interactive touches that could boost engagement. What matters most is that the page:

• renders perfectly on mobile, tablet, and desktop
• meets modern accessibility basics (semantic tags, alt text, sufficient contrast)
• loads fast without heavy libraries or bloated assets

Deliverables:
1. One responsive HTML file with linked stylesheet(s)
2. Any images, icons, or fonts used (with clear license info)
3. A brief read-me explaining structure and how to swap text/images
