Party Rental Showcase Website
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I own a small party-rental company and need a clean, mobile-friendly website whose main job is to showcase my inventory. For every item—tents, tables, linens, décor—I want large, crisp images paired with short, enticing descriptions so visitors can quickly see what’s available and picture it at their event.
The site itself won’t handle reservations; instead, I’d like a smooth hand-off to my existing Check Cherry account, ideally through prominent “Book Now” or “Reserve” buttons that deep-link each product to its corresponding Check Cherry listing. If you’ve integrated Check Cherry (or similar SaaS booking tools) before, please let me know—speed and reliability of that connection are critical.
Key deliverables
• Fully responsive website (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Item pages/gallery with images + descriptions
• Seamless Check Cherry booking link integration
• Basic SEO setup so customers can find me locally
• Simple CMS or builder I can update myself (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or a comparable platform—open to your recommendation)
Once the site is live, I should be able to add new rental pieces, swap photos, and adjust copy without touching code. If we can keep the design lightweight and fast-loading, even better.
Let me know your approach, estimated timeline, and links to any similar rental or e-commerce showcase work you’ve done.
