PackagingKSA.com UX-Focused Redesign

Our current PackagingKSA.com site works, but navigating it feels clunky, the mobile view is awkward, and page loads can drag. I’m looking for a designer-developer who can rework the entire front-end experience so visitors find what they need quickly on any device.

Here’s what matters most to me:

• Navigation must be intuitive. Fewer clicks, clearer labels, and a structure that guides users straight to products, specs, or contact info without hunting around.
• Mobile first. Every page—especially menus, product grids, and quote forms—should scale beautifully from phone to desktop.
• Speed counts. Optimise images, scripts, and hosting-side tweaks so core pages hit the sub-three-second mark on standard mobile data.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Wireframes and a short style guide capturing the new visual direction.
2. Fully responsive HTML/CSS/JS templates (or the theme files if you’re working inside our existing CMS).
3. Performance report before and after, showing measurable gains in load time.
4. A hand-off document or quick video walk-through so my in-house team can maintain the new build.

If you have experience streamlining e-commerce or catalogue sites and can point to speed tests or Lighthouse scores you’ve improved, that will carry weight.
