Ongoing Graphic Design Support

I have an ongoing stream of design work and need a dependable partner who can devote roughly 10 hours each week (about 40 hours monthly). Most tasks revolve around two areas:
• web designs and on-page graphics (think landing pages, hero images, email banners)
• branding and marketing collateral (social posts, pitch decks, one-pagers, ads)

My aesthetic is modern and minimalist—clean lines, generous whitespace, restrained colour palettes—so every asset should echo that look. Because I don’t yet have formal brand guidelines, one of your first assignments will be to distil our typography, colour and imagery rules into a concise style guide we can both follow.

Engagement terms are flexible. Let me know whether you prefer a flat monthly retainer or straight hourly billing, your current weekly capacity, and your expected monthly cost for the stated hours.

To confirm you’re a real designer and not an AI proxy, include a short Loom video introducing yourself, outlining your process, and walking me through at least one project you completed solo. Alongside the Loom, share:
• a link to your personal portfolio (only work you executed independently)
• the design tools you use most—Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.—and any other software you rely on.

Typical deliverables for each task:
• editable source file (organised, layered)
• export-ready assets in the required formats
• quick turnaround on minor revisions

Once onboard, tasks will appear in our shared Trello/Slack channel with clear briefs and deadlines.
