One-Page Content Removal Site

I need a single, scroll-friendly web page that presents my content-removal services in a classic, professional style. I already have a logo and an established color palette; the design simply needs to carry these elements through consistently.

The page must guide visitors smoothly from an introductory “About Us” blurb, through a concise “Services” overview, to clear “Contact” details that encourage them to book an appointment. A lightweight contact form or prominently displayed phone + email is fine, as long as it works well on both desktop and mobile.

Please build with clean, responsive HTML/CSS (a lightweight WordPress install is also acceptable if you think it speeds hand-off and future edits). Once complete, hand over all source files, any custom graphics, and brief instructions for updating text or images later.
