Nonprofit Bridge Club Website Launch

Job ID: 40334586

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a polished, fully functional website for our national nonprofit bridge club live no later than April 6. The domain is already secured and pointed to a Webador account, and I have a full set of approved graphics in Canva that can be shared the moment we start.

Scope of work
• Build the site directly inside Webador so I can manage it afterward.
• Assemble the following pages and make sure the navigation flows naturally: Home, About Us, Event Registration, Schedule-at-a-Glance, Magic City After Dark Tour, A Walk-Through History Tour, Sponsorship Opportunities for our Fundraiser Luncheon, and a dedicated link-out page for the host-hotel reservation block.
• On the Event Registration page, integrate a clean form that captures attendee details, processes payments securely, and triggers an automatic confirmation email.
• Home page should welcome visitors with:
– A brief introduction to the club
– Rotating banner or section for upcoming events
– Space for news/announcements
– Click-to-play audio of our club song
– Short histories of the national organization and the Birmingham chapter, plus a featured 51st-anniversary photo.
• Embed the Twizboone Frame for the Fundraiser Luncheon and set up an electronic program journal so sponsors can be showcased digitally.

Content delivery
All copy, photos, audio, and Canva assets are ready; you just need to lay them out, tweak for consistency, and ensure everything is responsive. I’ll provide login credentials for Webador, Stripe (or PayPal if simpler), and the email service we use for confirmations.

Success criteria
A site that is visually aligned with our Canva materials, loads quickly on mobile and desktop, processes registrations end-to-end without errors, and is live by the April 6 deadline. A short walkthrough or video showing me how to update text and upload future images inside Webador will complete the project.

If you’re confident working in Webador, familiar with lightweight payment integrations, and able to keep to a tight timeline, I’m ready to get started right away.
