Nonprofit Awareness WordPress Site

I'm looking for a skilled WordPress developer to create a 10-page website for my nonprofit organization. The primary goal of this site is to raise awareness about our mission and activities.

Key Requirements:
- Home Page: Overview of our nonprofit and mission
- About Us: Detailed information about the organization
- Contact Page: How to get in touch with us
- Additional pages as needed to fulfill the 10-page requirement
- Have hyper links to other pages and other sites, contact forms to different emails, a calendar that will merge to phone calendars and a google maps page. - Also need a page to keep 24 PDF’s that can be changed out. I do have some images and plan on developing most of what I need. I would like to know what maintenance and training is provided. This is for a non-profit organization and will be hosted by my current provider. I am currently getting estimates for our board of directors. A budget has not been decided upon and the board will choose the developer.
