Non-Profit & Event Websites

I run a small, volunteer-led non-profit and we urgently need two modern, trendy websites built and handed over in a way our team can manage without writing a single line of code.

What I need from you
• Website 1 – Event site (highest priority): live within the next few weeks so we can open guest registration, showcase the programme, and collect donations through PayPal, CashApp, and Zelle. A clean sign-up / sign-in flow for attendees is essential.
• Website 2 – Organisation site: follows the same visual style, presents our mission and projects, and offers an easy member-login area.

Both sites must share:
• An intuitive, drag-and-drop CMS I can train new volunteers on in minutes.
• Integrated email marketing so we can send event reminders and newsletters to segmented lists without exporting data.
• Responsive design that looks great on mobile first.
• Simple analytics so we can track page views, sign-ups, and donations at a glance.

I’d love someone who can walk us through best-practice hosting, security, and backups, then leave us with clear documentation (or a quick Loom video) so our non-technical team can maintain everything confidently. Fluency in English is required; French fluency is a strong plus because some of our volunteers are francophone.
