Non-Partisan Voter Education Site

I have already sketched the look and feel of a clean, modern website aimed at first-time voters, but I need a developer-designer who can turn those early drafts into a polished, fully functional platform. The site must stay strictly non-partisan and make it easy for visitors with little political experience to explore the issues that matter to them.

The core of the build is interactive. Instead of long articles, I want engaging tools that invite exploration:

• Issue comparison charts that let users see where different sides stand at a glance
• Step-by-step voting guides that explain registration, deadlines, and what to expect at the polls
• Candidate match quizzes that pair a visitor’s values with public stances in an unbiased way

Everything should load quickly, work flawlessly on mobile, and be accessible to screen readers. I’d like clean, intuitive navigation, subtle animations where they add clarity, and a back-end structure that lets me update data or add new quiz questions without touching code.
