New Freelancer for Figma to Elementor

Hi guys, I need highy skilled new freelancer who can build our figma website to elementor without our budget in exchange to build their freelancer portfolio/profile. Please only apply if you are honest, skilled and actually have solid command with Elementor. I don't want you to use any shady technique like scraping, copy pasting code etc, I want everything to be build using Elementor widgets without using unnecessary plugins.
