Neon Cyberpunk Portfolio Website

I’d like a sleek, single-page portfolio coded in pure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that feels straight out of a cyberpunk alleyway. Think a dark backdrop bathed in neon blue and purple, with every button and headline softly glowing. When visitors land on the Home section my name should float above an abstract-shape particle animation; smooth scrolling then glides them to the other sections with subtle fade or slide transitions.

• About Me – copy in a casual, creative tone, brought in with animation as the section enters view
