Streaming niche, focused on California (US English), so that it:
• Ranks for high-intent keywords (e.g., wall mount, brackets, fireplace/ceiling/
corner mounting, studs, concrete/brick, etc.)
• Sells through a single one-page calculator form (check/uncheck → total changes)
• Achieves Google PageSpeed 100 green zone for Performance / Accessibility /
Best Practices / SEO on mobile + desktop (I will send the reference link
privately)

Important requirements
• Design must be built mostly with MDBootstrap components and classes (JS+CSS).
Custom code only if MDB doesn’t provide it (exceptions: the price calculator
and checkbox-based show/hide behavior).
• Work must be done in a Git branch with a clear commit history
(write human-readable commit messages).
After completion, all rights to the branch and code transfer to me.
• Using ChatGPT / Gemini / other AI tools is allowed, but only if you can
write and understand the code yourself. I don’t want AI-generated
hallucinations left in the project.
• If something is unclear or you don’t know how to do it — ask me.
• All illustrations must be SVG (vector). You will request SVG assets from me
by sending prompts, and I will provide the final vectors.
The page must be fully vector-based, except the slider/gallery with real
work examples (photos allowed there only).
