Modernize Corporate WordPress Site
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My corporate website is running on an older WordPress build and the whole platform feels dated. I need every page—from the home screen to the contact form—migrated to the latest stable release of WordPress, wrapped in a fresh, contemporary design that aligns with our current brand identity.
Key goals
• Upgrade WordPress core, theme, and plugins to their most recent, secure versions.
• Introduce a clean, mobile-first layout that loads quickly and guides visitors intuitively through our services.
• Preserve all existing content, links, and SEO equity while retiring any legacy code that slows the site down.
• Ensure the new build is fully compatible with modern page builders (Elementor / Gutenberg) and sets us up for easy in-house edits down the line.
• Harden security, implement best-practice caching, and verify that contact forms, analytics tags, and other integrations survive the transition intact.
Deliverables
1. Staging copy of the upgraded site for testing and sign-off.
2. Final production deployment with zero data loss or visible downtime.
3. Post-launch handover pack: admin credentials, theme/plugin list, and concise instructions for routine updates.
The project is complete once the live domain showcases the new design, passes responsive checks on major browsers/devices, and scores competitively on Google PageSpeed Insights.
