Modern Website for Alicyia

I’m looking to have a clean, modern-and-minimalistic website built for Alicyia, who has just turned sixteen. The overall aesthetic should stay light, uncluttered, and visually fresh—think generous white space, concise typography, and smooth, intuitive navigation that feels at home on both mobile and desktop.

What I need from you is a full build: layout, visual styling, and front-end implementation. You’re free to choose the stack or CMS you’re most comfortable with as long as the final site loads quickly and is easy for us to update after launch. Responsive behaviour is non-negotiable; the site must look perfect on phones, tablets, and large screens alike.
