Modern Website Build -- 2

I’m ready to have a brand-new site built from the ground up and I want it to feel fresh, clean and unmistakably modern. All copy and photography are prepared, so you’ll mainly be working with text and images—no video hosting or complex interactive elements for now.

I’m still refining the site’s exact purpose, so I’d value your strategic input on structure, navigation and the best platform (WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight custom build). Whatever route we choose, the finished product needs to be: mobile-responsive, optimised for fast load times, and simple for me to update without touching code.

Deliverables
• Fully functional multi-page website with a modern aesthetic
• Responsive layout tested across major browsers and devices
• Basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags)
• Source files and clear handover notes so I can add or swap text/images easily
