Modern Room Rental Website
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I’m ready to launch an online presence for my room-only accommodations and need a designer-developer who can turn a clean, modern and minimalist vision into a fully functional site.
Core features I must have:
• Searchable room listings that display photos, pricing, amenities and availability in a clear, uncluttered layout
• A smooth, secure booking flow—from calendar selection through confirmation email—so guests can reserve instantly
• A customer review section attached to each listing to build trust and boost conversions
The look and feel should stay airy, neutral and decidedly modern: ample white space, crisp typography and intuitive navigation across desktop, tablet and mobile. Responsive behaviour is non-negotiable.
Deliverables I expect:
1. High-fidelity mock-ups (Figma, XD or similar) for all key pages
2. Front-end build matching the approved designs, optimised for speed and accessibility
3. Integration or setup of the booking engine and review module
4. Handoff documentation so I can manage content and future updates with ease
If you’ve built booking sites before and are comfortable blending design with light back-end configuration—whether that’s WordPress + booking plugin, Webflow, or a custom stack—let’s talk. I’m keen to see a concise portfolio link and a short outline of your proposed approach.
