Modern Responsive Signup Form

I’m looking for a crisp, mobile-first user registration form built with pure HTML and CSS. The layout should feel contemporary—think clean spacing, subtle hover states, and typography that scales nicely on phones, tablets, and desktops alike.

Essential fields: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Password. Please make sure the markup is semantic and that each field is clearly labelled for accessibility. Flexbox or CSS Grid is fine as long as the end result remains lightweight and performs smoothly on small screens.

I’ve set aside a micro-budget of about $10 for this, so the scope is tight: a single, self-contained solution I can drop straight into an existing project without additional dependencies.

Deliverables
• One HTML file (with linked or embedded CSS) containing the fully styled form
• Any supporting assets (if you use external CSS, icons, or fonts)
• A brief note explaining how to integrate or tweak the layout

Once I import the file and see the form render responsively, the project is complete and payment is released.
