I need a sleek, conversion-focused real estate website whose core function is property listings and powerful search. Visitors must be able to filter by price, location, size, and other key attributes, then view results on both list and map layouts.
Accounts are required for both buyers and sellers. Sellers should have a dashboard to add, edit, and track their listings with photos, floor plans, and status updates, while buyers need profiles to save favourites, set alerts, and request viewings.
The catalogue will carry both residential and commercial properties, so the structure must clearly separate—and just as clearly cross-link—these two categories. A fast, mobile-first UI, clean modern aesthetics, and SEO-ready code are essential. I’m open to WordPress with a custom theme, Laravel, or a React-based stack as long as the final product is easy for a non-technical admin to manage.
