I need a fresh, modern-looking website that tells our real estate story and highlights each of our Pune-based projects with clarity and style. The visual tone should stay clean and contemporary throughout—from typography to white-space use—so prospects immediately feel the professionalism of our brand.

Scope of pages
• Our Story: a narrative space where I can introduce the firm, our values and our journey so far.
• Project Listings: a dynamic catalogue in which every project entry displays a tidy photo gallery, an embedded location map and concise property details (price ranges, unit mix, key amenities, status).
• Testimonials: quotes from satisfied buyers and investors presented in a sleek carousel or grid, reinforcing trust.

Core expectations
• Full responsive design that renders flawlessly on mobile, tablet and desktop.
• Consistent modern UI elements, colour palette and iconography.
• Simple backend or CMS hooks so my team can add new projects, photos and testimonials without touching code.
• SEO-ready structure and fast-loading assets.
