Modern Portfolio Website Design

I need a clean, modern-minimalist website that puts our building design and construction portfolio front and center. The entire site should feel light, spacious, and image-driven so visitors immediately focus on the quality of our work rather than on heavy graphics or cluttered copy.

Primary objective
My main goal is to showcase completed and in-progress projects in a way that reinforces our reputation for Architectural Design and Construction excellence. Every element—from layout to typography—should quietly support that story.

Core structure
I will supply photography, project descriptions, and brand guidelines. You will translate those assets into a responsive site that scales beautifully on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Although I expect familiar sections such as Home, About, and Contact, the key pages must highlight the Architectural Design and Construction services we offer and present a filterable portfolio grid or gallery that is easy for me to update later.

Deliverables
• High-fidelity mock-ups for all pages (desktop & mobile)
• Fully coded website (WordPress, Webflow, or comparable CMS—open to your recommendation)
• Editable portfolio module with clear instructions
• Basic on-page SEO setup: title tags, meta descriptions, image alt text
• One round of revisions after first launch to fine-tune layout or copy placement

Acceptance criteria
The site must load quickly, achieve a clean 90+ score on Google PageSpeed for both mobile and desktop, and pass WCAG 2.1 AA color-contrast requirements.
