Modern Portfolio Site Build

I need a portfolio site that captures the same smooth, modern aesthetic you see on https://www.taigatiger.ru/—but in English, and pared down to my essentials. The build should open with a full-screen hero, use fluid scroll transitions, and stay lightning-fast on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Content is simple: an “About Me” section where I can introduce myself, followed by a clean Contact Form that routes inquiries straight to my email. No project showcase for now; the visuals and subtle animations from the reference site will do the storytelling.

Design direction: modern and sleek, minimal clutter, sophisticated typography, and the same polished parallax/video touches Taiga Tiger uses. I’m flexible on tech—as long as the code is tidy and the performance scores remain high, feel free to work in vanilla JS, React/Next, Vue/Nuxt, or pure HTML + CSS.

Deliverables
• Fully responsive site deployed to my host

• Short hand-off guide so I can update text and links on my own
