Modern 8-Page WordPress Revamp for Therapy Practice

I’m ready to give my existing eight-page website a complete WordPress rebuild. The content stays largely the same, but the look and feel must shift to a clean, minimalist aesthetic that speaks with authority—never pushy, always professional. The single, overriding goal is to generate leads, so every page should naturally guide visitors toward a contact form, an unobtrusive newsletter sign-up, and, when they’re ready to ask a question, a live-chat window.

Here’s what I expect from you:

• Craft the layout, choose or tailor a lightweight theme, and build all eight pages so they load fast on desktop and mobile. Dark professional palette but not gothic. This is a therapy website for a private practice. No sales language able to communicate genuineness, empathy, authority, professionalism.

• Integrate and style the contact form, newsletter sign-up, and live-chat widget so they feel like part of the design, not bolt-ons.
• Keep the UI clean, spacious, and intuitive—no clutter, no flashy gimmicks.
• Handle basic on-page SEO, responsive testing, and speed optimisation before hand-over.
• Deliver a tidy WordPress install (child theme, custom CSS/JS, documentation) that I can maintain without being locked into proprietary page builders.

Important notes:
• All copy and imagery will come from me; please don’t rely on AI to generate content or design.
• I’m only considering freelancers who can show at least five completed WordPress projects of comparable scope.
• Once assets are in place, I’d like the refresh wrapped up within one to two weeks. It’s an easy project but I’m done messing with it. I’m expecting you to use your design/creative skill to suggest “what works”. No AI web designers you will not get hired.
