Modern One-Page WordPress Site

I'm seeking a skilled WordPress developer to create a modern one-page website using the Enfold framework. The hosting is already set up, and I will provide the logo and corporate identity (CI).

Requirements:
- Use Enfold to build a one-page site with a contact form
- Sections: Services, Contact Form
- Modern design aesthetic

Language proficiency in German is a plus, as the site can be in English or German.
