Modern Minimalist Website Build

I’m ready to launch a small, purpose-built site and need someone who can take it from blank page to live, polished product. While the concept doesn’t fall neatly into e-commerce, portfolio, or blog categories, visitors still need a straightforward path: land on a clean Home page, learn more on a dedicated Accommdation and Bees section, secure a slot through a Booking page, and reach me via a concise Contact form.

The visual direction is firmly modern and minimalistic—ample white space, subtle motion, crisp typography, and fast load times. I’ll supply brand colours and copy; you’ll translate them into responsive mock-ups (Figma, Adobe XD, or a tool you prefer) and then build the site in WordPress, Webflow, or another lightweight stack so long as performance remains high.

Scope and must-haves
• Pages: Home, Accomodation, Bees, Booking, Contact
• Fully responsive design tested across mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Editable CMS for future text and image updates
• Basic on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, alt tags)
• Google PageSpeed score of 90 + for both mobile and desktop
• Deployment to my hosting with clear hand-over documentation

Nice-to-haves include Stripe integration for paid bookings and Google Analytics setup, but they aren’t blockers if they stretch the timeline.
