Modern Minimalist Logo and Banner Design

We are looking for a highly skilled graphic designer to create a full suite of visual assets for our specialist cleaning services website. The deliverables will include a modern, professional logo, responsive banner images for each webpage, and supporting visuals that are sleek, fast-loading, and SEO-optimised.

The overall aesthetic must be light, clean, and modern — dark colours should be avoided entirely. All visuals must be designed for high performance and seamless compatibility across all major browsers and devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile. The images should also support discoverability through AI, voice, image, and video search technologies.

Scope of Work:
• Design a clean, scalable logo with transparent background (SVG, PNG, AI/PSD)
• Create hero banners for individual service pages (e.g., trauma cleaning, hoarding cleanup, commercial cleaning, etc.)
• Design high-quality images for use within content sections
• Deliver all images in WebP format with fallback JPG/PNG as required
• Ensure all graphics are optimised for website speed (Google PageSpeed/Core Web Vitals)
• Use only light and calming colours (no dark tones)
• Ensure visuals are mobile-responsive and cross-browser compatible
• Add descriptive metadata and alt text for SEO/image search
• Provide layered source files for all final designs
• Optional: provide short animated banner versions or video header backgrounds

Requirements:
• Proven experience designing for websites, preferably in service-based industries
• Strong portfolio showing clean, modern, mobile-friendly graphics
• Ability to optimise visuals for fast load time and SEO
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles
• Ability to deliver professionally within deadline
