Modern Informational Site Design

I need a skilled designer-developer to craft a small, fully static website that feels modern and clean while remaining lightweight and fast. The site’s core purpose is to present clear information, so readability and straightforward navigation are key.

Scope
The build will consist of four static pages:
• Index (home)
• About Us
• Medicines (a simple catalogue-style page)
• Contact Information (with an embedded form or mail-to link)

All pages must share a consistent look: crisp typography, balanced white space, and responsive layouts that display perfectly on desktop and mobile. I’m happy with pure HTML5/CSS3 or a lightweight static-site generator as long as the final output is flat files ready to deploy on any standard web host.

Deliverables
• Polished design mock-ups for approval
• Clean, commented code for each page
• Basic on-page SEO tags (title, meta description)
• A brief hand-off guide showing file structure and how to edit content
