Modern Construction Website & Brochure

I need a fresh, modern-looking online presence for my construction company along with a matching brochure that we can hand to prospects. The website’s main purpose is to attract new clients, so every page should guide visitors toward contacting us. To do that, I want a crisp, modern and clean design that spotlights our work without clutter.

Core website content will include a clear overview of our services, a section featuring client testimonials to build trust, and an easy-to-use contact form. If you feel additional elements—such as a compact project gallery or a brief “About us” snapshot—would strengthen conversions, I’m open to those suggestions as long as they stay within the same visual style.

For the brochure, I’m envisioning a concise, well-structured layout that echoes the website’s look: strong images of completed builds, short service descriptions, and straightforward contact details. The file should be press-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi, standard bleed).
