I need a clean, modern-and-minimalist website that lets visitors quickly grasp what we build, how we work, and why we are the right contractor for their project. The main goal is to showcase our portfolio and key services in a way that feels sleek rather than cluttered, putting high-quality imagery and concise copy front and center.

I’m open to WordPress, Webflow, or another mainstream CMS as long as it is easy for my team to update later. Acceptance criteria
1. Approved modern minimalist visual design delivered in Figma or similar before build commences.
2. Fully functional site deployed to our hosting with SSL active.
3. Portfolio section allows us to add new projects without touching code.
4. All menu links, forms, and CTA buttons tested and working on mobile and desktop.
5. Handover package: admin credentials, style guide, and a brief video or PDF showing how to edit content.
