Mobile Site Speed & Design Revamp
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My current mobile site loads too slowly and still feels clunky once it appears. I need a technically-savvy developer who can squeeze every millisecond out of the load time while also giving the interface a fresh, visually engaging look.
Performance objectives
• Front-end profiling, PageSpeed Insights or similar.
• Code and asset clean-up: minify CSS/JS, defer non-critical scripts, introduce smart caching, convert heavy images to WebP, enable lazy-loading and compress where appropriate.
• Responsive refinements so the layout snaps perfectly across common breakpoints without layout shift.
Design refresh
The overall structure works, but I want a sharper layout and more impactful imagery. Expect to adjust spacing, typography hierarchy and introduce graphics or iconography that reinforce the brand. I don’t have specific references, so I’m looking for your creative direction—show me a few quick mock-ups or mood boards before we lock in the final approach.
Acceptance criteria
1. Mobile Time to Interactive consistently under 1.5 s on 4G simulation.
2. Largest Contentful Paint under 1 s and Cumulative Layout Shift < 0.1.
3. Visual update approved after few review rounds and implemented pixel-perfect.
4. No regressions on desktop views unless suggested.
Please outline the optimisation techniques you usually employ, which design tools you prefer (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and include one recent mobile performance win you’re proud of. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right partner. my website is www.mawla.shop
