Mobile Site Design Audit & Revamp

My desktop site is complete, yet its mobile version feels disjointed—the theme never translated elegantly to smaller screens. I’m looking for a seasoned mobile-first web designer-developer to help me decide the smartest way forward and then guide (or execute) the redesign.

Scope

• Begin with a thorough audit of the existing responsive build, highlighting UX pain points, breakpoints, and performance issues.
• Present a detailed action plan and visual mock-ups that show how the current look can evolve—keeping parts of the existing palette while introducing fresh accents to sharpen the color scheme and overall branding.
• If the review reveals deeper structural flaws, propose—and, if agreed, implement—a clean mobile rebuild using modern responsive best practices (flexbox/grid, fluid typography, optimized assets).

Key points
• Priority is design aesthetics; functionality tweaks follow once the new look is locked.
• I’m open to a mix of current and new colors, so creative rationale matters.
• Please be comfortable iterating in Figma, Sketch, or similar, and translating designs to production-ready HTML/CSS/JS.
