Mobile-Optimize PHP Landing Page

I’ve got a single-page PHP page that I recently tweaked, but the mobile view still feels clunky.

On phones the rotating images is too small,
the navigation too small,
text too small,
need to add a background image of a flag, cnetered, under the menu

. I’ll send you the current index.php plus the image folder so you can dig straight into the code.

Your task is to make the page look good on phones, it already looks ok on desktop.
