Mobile Layout Scaling Fix (responsive)

On desktop everything looks fine, yet on mobile several pages break because the content is not anymore well organized. On mobile, the design is normally text then image then text then image... unlike the desktop version (more complicated). I need someone that can fix our pages like it was before (a long time ago) because working on the site CSS broke those pages in mobile;
