Mobile-Friendly PHP List Redesign

I have a single PHP page that outputs a simple list; the code itself works fine, but its layout falls apart on phones. I’m looking for someone to tidy up the front-end so the page looks and behaves well on smaller screens.

I have a list showing karaoke songs with filters, i want a couple of filters removed, and the layout more mobile friendly as its very spaced out and not nice on mobiles where have to scroll right etc.
Also fix up colours and add my logo at the top.

What I need done: adjust the colour scheme for better contrast on mobile, tighten up the spacing and alignment so items don’t wrap awkwardly, and generally ensure the list remains readable and touch-friendly without breaking the existing PHP logic. If you prefer working with vanilla CSS, a lightweight framework, or your own responsive utility classes, I’m open—as long as the final result renders cleanly on modern mobile browsers.

Please deliver the updated PHP file (or a separate CSS file if you keep the PHP untouched) along with any assets you add, plus a brief note outlining what was changed so I can maintain it going forward.
