Minimalist Shopify Pet Store Build

Deliverables (must include all):

Product selection: pick 10–20 SKUs max to launch (repeat-buy, small/light where possible) plus bundle ideas

Sourcing: shortlist 3–5 AU wholesalers/distributors (or AU-stock supply options) with pricing, MOQ, lead times, shipping terms, and account setup requirements

Unit economics: landed cost, payment fees, shipping assumptions, target gross margin per SKU, and breakeven order volume

Store build: Shopify setup (theme, navigation, collections, policies, shipping rates, taxes/GST settings guidance)

Listings: product pages written and uploaded, basic SEO titles/meta, and 5–8 Canva images per hero collection (templates OK)

Operations: simple SOPs for ordering, returns, customer support templates, and inventory reorder rules

Launch checklist: what to do in week 1 after going live

Constraints:

Australia-first fulfilment (do not propose 3–4 week shipping)

Avoid regulated vet medications / anything compliance-heavy

Keep SKU count low, focus on repeat purchase consumables

No “general ideas” delivery. I want supplier list + numbers + store live.
