Minimalist Portfolio Website Build

I’m ready to launch a clean, minimalist personal-portfolio site that lets visitors explore my work, read my thoughts, and reach out easily.
Scope of the site
• Personal/Portfolio focus, not e-commerce or corporate.
• Core features: a tidy blog section for articles, an elegant gallery or project showcase, and a straightforward contact form that routes messages to my inbox.
Design direction
The aesthetic should stay firmly minimalist—ample white space, typography doing the heavy lifting, and subtle micro-interactions rather than loud effects. Mobile-first, fully responsive, and fast loading are non-negotiable.
Tech flexibility
I’m comfortable if you craft this in WordPress (Gutenberg, Elementor, or a lightweight custom theme), a Jamstack setup like Next.js + Netlify CMS, or a hand-coded HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript solution—whichever you feel delivers the cleanest code, easiest future upkeep, and solid SEO foundations.
Deliverables
• Complete website deployed to my hosting or handed off as a zipped package.
• Admin/CMS access plus a brief walkthrough so I can publish blog posts and add portfolio items myself.
• Source files and documentation for any custom components.
• Basic on-page SEO (semantic headings, meta tags, ALT text) and performance optimisations hitting 90+ on Lighthouse.
