Minimalist One Page WordPress Build

I need a clean, single-page WordPress site that presents my company information clearly and loads fast on both desktop and mobile. The look should stay true to a minimalistic style—ample white space, concise copy blocks, and subtle motion only where it adds value.

Core tasks
• Install WordPress on my existing Finnish-based host (credentials provided after award).
• Select or create a lightweight theme matching the minimal aesthetic; no bulky page-builder add-ons.
• Build the layout: hero section, services overview, brief “about”, and a contact form that sends to my email. All text will be supplied in Finnish; the site itself must be fully Finnish-language.
• Integrate a payment button/section. My preference is Klarna or Svea, but I’m open to your advice if another provider will streamline the flow yet still support Finnish customers. The end result has to pass a test transaction.
• Optimise for speed (mobile first), basic on-page SEO, and GDPR cookie notice.

Acceptance criteria
– Page speed <3 s on mobile (Google PageSpeed).
– Responsive display across common viewports.
– Successful test payment through the chosen gateway.
– Handover of admin login and a short screen-recording that shows me how to change text or prices in the future.

Fluent Finnish is highly preferred so communication is effortless and any local legal terms appear correctly on the site. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right partner.
